This role is essential in building maintenance and enhancing the functionality of our full - service warehouses and offices. The ideal candidate will have a proactive, hands - on, detail - oriented, and safety - first approach to address day - to - day facility issues promptly, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for our employees. Responsibilities: Perform routine inspections and servicing of all facilities, evaluating interior and exterior conditions of the building, furnishings, systems, and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Life Safety. Report any larger repairs needed to management. Troubleshoot and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, door hardware, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and painting. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Identify potential safety hazards and take corrective actions. Respond promptly to facility emergencies. Be on - call to respond to any building emergency situations, which may include off - hours and weekends. Support the Administration team with furniture assembly/moves, office setups, events, shipping or receiving, inventory tracking, and other related tasks. Coordinate, oversee, and manage all facilities - related work orders through Asana. Ensure timely completion and excellent customer service while communicating updates to team members and management. Occasionally oversee vendors and contractors for larger repairs, ensuring they follow OSHA standards and company protocols. Work in cramped spaces, walk large areas, climb stairs, use ladders, operate power tools, carry heavy loads, drive, and access rooftops. Prioritize and multi - task assignments. Read and understand MEP/Blueprint/Site Plan documents, troubleshoot and solve maintenance problems. Job Requirements: 2 - 3 years in maintaining commercial/industrial buildings. High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1 - 2 years of job - related experience. Basic knowledge of MS Office such as Outlook, Teams, Word, etc. Basic refrigeration and air conditioning systems, 608 EPA Universal Certification, multi - site building operations. Valid U. S. driver's license and clean driving record. Heavy lifting/pushing up to 50 pounds, bending, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking. Fluent in English and Spanish. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Effective teamwork and workflow organization. Initiative and timely task execution. Ability to work under pressure in a fast - paced environment. Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (Requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary) The base pay range for this position is $24/hr-$26/hr which represents the current range for the non - exempt position.
